Help
Plain answers about how Crosscheck works.
How signing in works
Sign in with your email and password, or continue with Apple or Google.
On Plus and Pro, while records from a paid plan are still kept, or once you've added a phone, you also type a code we text you each time you sign in.
If you forget your password
Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. We'll email you a reset link.
Not sure which email address you used? Try each one you might have used. The link goes only to the address that has a Crosscheck account.
If you can't get the text
If your phone is lost, or you're somewhere with no signal, write to support@crosscheckmed.com from the email address on your account.
We'll check it's you, then wait a day before changing anything. We'll email you when the wait starts, and if it wasn't you, one click stops it.
When you're signed out
Crosscheck signs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity. Sign in again the way you usually do, with the code we text you if your account uses one.
Reminder texts
Reminder texts come from (571) 714-8044, a different number from your sign-in codes. Reply STOP to that number to end them. To get them again, text START to it and turn them on under Reminders in Settings and my data. Reminder texts only ever link to crosscheckmed.com and never ask for your password, a code or any personal details.
Crosscheck Fill-in
Crosscheck Fill-in is an add-on for your web browser. It types the answers you saved on My MedXPress Profile into your own MedXPress application, and stops at Declarations for you to check everything and submit.
Where your records are kept
Your records are stored encrypted on Crosscheck's systems and become available after you sign in. Signing out removes access from that browser.
What Crosscheck is, and isn't
Crosscheck reports what the FAA has published, with the source and the date. It is not medical or legal advice, and it does not replace your Aviation Medical Examiner.
MedXPress asks for every doctor visit and every medication. Crosscheck helps you list them all.
Contact support
Support can:
- send a password-reset email to your account's own address
- start a recovery if you can't get your text, once they've checked it's you and after a day's wait
- turn off your reminder texts, if you ask them to
- mark your account so your records are secured again the next time you sign in, for example after a security problem
- help you through starting over, which only you can do
To reach support, write on the Contact page, or email support@crosscheckmed.com. Use the email address on your account, so they can check it's you.
We never ask for your password
Nobody from Crosscheck will ever ask for your password or for a code we texted you, or read a code out to you.
Found a security problem?
Email security@crosscheckmed.com. A person reads it and writes back.
