About plans and billing
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel on Manage my plan, in one step. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you give refunds?
Monthly plans are not refunded. For a yearly plan, ask within 3 days of the charge, the first payment or a renewal, and that charge is refunded in full.
Is there a free trial?
No. The Free plan is the way to try Crosscheck, for as long as you like.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure payment page. Crosscheck does not receive your full card number. On Yearly, your first-year price is applied for you. You don't need to enter FIRSTYEAR. Have another promotion code? Add it when you review your plan, before you pay. It replaces the first-year offer.
What happens to my records if my plan ends?
When a paid plan ends for good, the records in its parts of Crosscheck are kept, read-only, for 12 months, then deleted. We email you 60, 30 and 7 days before, naming the date. If you start a plan again before then, nothing is deleted. Your medical details and your automatic medical reminder are never deleted by this.
