The FAA's CACI – Glaucoma Worksheet says the examiner can issue if the pilot meets all of its acceptable certification criteria, which include the examiner's review of a current, detailed clinical progress note from a clinic visit with the treating physician or specialist no more than 90 days before the exam. The worksheet's medication line names prostaglandin analogs, carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, beta blockers and alpha agonists and says combination eye drops are acceptable; it does not name netarsudil, which the sheet lists as CACI glaucoma medication. The documents do not say the same thing; both are quoted.
